All Levels BJJ

This Gi class is open to lads and ladies of any adult rank. Class could start with warm-up or may go straight into drilling the technique of the week, then onto some live rolling that could be structured or open.

*Remember to trim your nails and have a clean gi. Rashguards are not required for the men, but are encouraged, and a mouthguard is a good idea for everyone.
